The system here is bad, I agree with you. However there is one thing which people seldom notice and understand i.e there is a threshold effort for every system beyond which success flows spontaneously. The only thing is threshold effort for our system is a little higher than average, hence fewer people really succeed. I have experienced this over here. Maybe you will too. Keep trying. All the best!

Not all your dreams will come true and they should not, because you will learn more from an unaccomplished dream rather than ones that you did accomplish.
